Mr. Wayrynen is the CEO and a Director of JayDoc. He has extensive experience in venture capital management, start-up financing and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Over the past 20 years he has raised tens of millions of dollars for public and private ventures, including both start-up and established companies with operations in Canada and the United States.

Most recently he served as CEO of TrichoScience Innovations, a start-up life sciences company based in Canada. He was responsible for privately raising the seed and early rounds of financing for TrichoScience and remains a Director of the corporation. Additionally, he served as an executive Director of Quinto Mining and was active in the 2008 sale of the company to Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines. He also holds Director and management positions with a number of successful Canadian public companies, including Jayhawk Energy, Golden Odyssey Mining, Coral Gold Resources and Bralorne Gold Mines, among others. Wayrynen is also founder, Chairman and President of North American Drilling and ABC Drilling and a Director of Mammoth Capital Corp.
