Rich D. Ziegler

Mr. Ziegler has thirty nine years of diverse managerial and operational experience focusing on the uranium mining and milling industry. Since the early 1970’s he has held successful key operational roles within the uranium industry including extensive experience with various conventional, open pit and ISL extraction methods. Responsibilities included all aspects of Cotter Corporation’s, (a wholly owned subsidiary of Commonwealth Edison/Exelon, 1974 – 1999, and wholly owned subsidiary of General Atomics, 2000 – 2006) mining and milling operations in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. Through the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager these responsibilities have included daily operations, logistics, engineering, research, quality control, cost analysis relating to the development, exploration, mining and milling of uranium and vanadium bearing ores. Through 2006 he was responsible for the only conventional uranium mining and milling carried out in the United States during the previous eight years.
In 2006 was a founding partner of Integrated Production Resources, (IPR) a Denver, Colorado based company focused on uranium production opportunities and providing technical support to third party mining companies. IPR has entered into several joint ventures to develop and mine uranium properties located in Colorado and Wyoming. IPR has a full time staff of geologists, contract landman and engineers.
