Mongolia Forward Announces
Negotiations with MonAtom

Mongolia Forward, a United States based company, has entered into negotiations with MonAtom, Mongolia’s State-owned uranium development company, to create a Mongolian joint venture company to explore, mine and process uranium in Mongolia.  In accordance with the recently enacted Mongolian Nuclear Energy Law, MonAtom would take ownership of 51% of the project which will initially focus its efforts on uranium exploration within Mongolia.

Mongolia Forward Announces
Board of Advisors

Mongolia Forward has named former United States Senator Conrad Burns, Mongolian business executive Dolguun Ulaankhuu and international business consultant Ryan Thomas to its Board of Advisors complementing the Board of Directors and executive leadership team. Mongolia Forward is a United States based uranium mining company currently securing development properties in Mongolia through a joint venture with MonAtom, Mongolia’s State-owned uranium development company.
